Mako, a small Yokie/Maltese, was playing with my Boxer when he accidentally got poked in the eye which caused a small ulcer. This immediately got severely infected which resulted in him being hospitalized. We were hoping it would get better on its own but unfortunately perforated and required surgery. It was such a huge help for Frankie's Friends to step in and assist in the cost! What a wonderful foundation and cause. Mako is now doing much better and we are hoping to get the graft trimmed in a few months!
