In April 2012, my dog Chase ran behind my cousin and accidently got caught in the door and badly hurt Chase's eye. When Chase needed surgery, I didn't know what I was going to do because I was financially incapable of paying for the surgery. Thankfully the hospital informed me of your wonderful fund and we were able to move forward with the procedure. Chase is doing much better today and we are so grateful.Thank you,
