Frankie’s Friends helped Lando receive life-saving treatment for urinary obstruction.
“I’ve always loved all animals, but had always considered myself more of a dog person. Funny, because my name is Cat and I fell in love with Lando almost immediately. He matched my boy dog, Bear, having long black fur and a white spot on the chest. Those two became the best of buds right away… I call my babies Brother Bear, Sister Lady & Brother Lando (or Meow-Meow more often) and they all get along so great. I’ve had the pups for 13 years and Lando for 4.
Lando was totally fine but when I came home to not find him waiting for me in the bathroom window or the front door, I knew something was up. As tired as I was, I couldn’t risk something happening to him while I slept. Lando’s situation is one that can be treated and maintained and my only obstacle was financial. I was laid off in December and have struggled finding a new job. I don’t have human kids of my own and these 3 are my babies. I could not imagine life without any of them. It means so much to me and all of my fur babies to be able to receive help at this time.
