Frankie’s Friends helped Simba receive an urgently needed cystotomy.
“I adopted Simba about 5 years ago. He was born in a field and was they only one left in his litter. He was very active and I just took to him.
He has a personality that makes you laugh! He is so smart and loving but it has to be on his terms. He loves being outside on the porch staring at the pond and listening to the birds. I started walking him on a leash when I got him. It was a challenge, but he took to it really quick! I received a lot of weird looks from neighbors, but we didn’t care!
I had to stop the walks as he got a little older and started trying to explore more in bushes and did not want him to make friends with the wrong animal!
He has settled on being on the porch with his cat condo. He is my buddy! I never expected him to get this sick. He was always healthy and just had to go to his regular checkups. When I saw there was blood in his urine, that’s when we started the vet visits.
I just lost my job a month ago and have no funds for his surgery. I started searching online and came across this amazing foundation.
I can’t imagine not having him in my life! Thank you.”
