Kopi is a curious, rambunctious, and loving kitty. He came to us after being dumped from a moving car in the middle of a busy downtown street. While we initially were only going to foster him, his sweet personality and cuddles won us over and he has been with us permanently since May 2026. When we took him in he was scraggly, malnourished, and sick; within a few weeks, he blossomed into a soft, shiny, playful cat who loves cuddles and sleeping at the top of the cat tree where the sunlight hits best. Seeing him in pain now with this urinary blockage has completely broken our hearts.
Your contribution to his care will cover the gap between our financial hardship and his medical needs. We have experienced layoffs, a difficult job market, and rising rent and utility costs that have put a strain on our household. We never expected this to happen and are doing what we can to make sure he gets the treatment he needs to make it past this.
