Frankie’s Friends’ Vet Care for Rescues Grant Program helped Milo receive urgent treatment so he can life without pain!
“When we heard that it wasn’t one, but TWO, dogs left behind when the owner was evicted, we knew we needed to get both pups out of the shelter. Milo, just like Matilda, was left in a crate without food or water. He is also very underweight and just under 5lbs. He’s estimated to be 13 years old and his mouth is completely rotten.
We would so greatly appreciate any assistance in helping us with Milo. The poor guy is suffering from chronic sinus infections since he has 2 holes currently that directly tie his mouth to his nasal passages. He suffers form nasal discharge, constant sneezing, and shaking his head after he eats because food moves up the oral nasal fistulas from his mouth into his nose, which is very uncomfortable. This will provide him with so much more comfort. It is such an expensive surgery but we think this little guy is worth it!”
