“Thank you for helping me receive assistance in taking care of my baby. He is very sick and in need of help and care I cannot give him at this time. I’ve been in and out of this emergency room what feels like hundreds of times just trying to get answers and get him the treatment he needs but with this disease it’s been very hard to keep him a comfortable and happy boy. I feel like I’m failing at taking care of him as his momma. I work full time and I work very hard; every hard earned dollar has gone too taking care of my baby and I wouldn’t want it any other way. I would do anything to keep him healthy and safe. I am very grateful for the help.
