Frankie’s Friends helped Gypsy receive surgery to help her walk pain free and return to her life as a school therapy dog.
“Gypsy is a six-year-old Labrador Retriever who has served as our school’s only therapy dog. She has been an invaluable source of comfort, support, and emotional well-being for our students, staff, and families. Her presence has helped create a positive and nurturing environment within our school community, and she is deeply loved by all.
Recently, Gypsy was examined by a veterinarian who determined that she needs to have surgery on both of her back knees to maintain her mobility and quality of life.
Your assistance is sincerely appreciated. Gypsy has brought so much comfort and joy to our students, particularly those who benefit from social-emotional support, and we are committed to ensuring she can continue to serve our community.”
