“Thank you so much for helping me help my baby 🥹❤️ I love her more than words can say. She showed up at our door in 2013 and stole my heart. I have always tried to do my best for her even when funds were low. I am disabled and isolate most of the time so having her with me is a major source of comfort. When I am overwhelmed and sad and feel hopeless she comes and lays on my chest and purrs and everything feels ok again. Finding out about the cancer and the exorbitant costs involved in treating her were devastating. I considered switching to palliative care and just making her comfortable, but she deserves more, and I would not be ok without her.
