Frankie’s Friends helped Claus (aka Bean) receive a perineal urethrostomy.
“Bean is one of the most special pets I’ve ever been privileged to call my furchild. The fear that has been in my heart during this journey has been devastating, so far as to affect my own health. Everyone says their animals are unique and this bundle of goofy, love, affection, zoomies, and endless conversations is no exception. This house, this home would not be the same without him. There would be a hole in the atmosphere; in me. It would rock me on my feet every time I woke up or came back home. I know one day he’ll have to cross that rainbow bridge but it should not be now! I’ve told every cat I’ve had/have that they have to live to at least 20. This Bean is only 8 and deserves many more years to come. I would be eternally indebted were we to receive assistance for his life-saving surgery. I fight through my own health crises to stick alongside my animals. I brought them into my care, I am fully responsible. I would go to the ends of the universe if necessary. You can guarantee I would pay it forward and help someone else in need if I have the money to give.”
