Frankie’s Friends helped Cleo receive foreign body surgery.
“I am so grateful for this program. I really do. Hope donors know how much this means to the community and people like me. My dog is not just a pet. She is my baby. I don’t know what I would do without her. I rescued her when she was only 12 weeks old and we have continued to live our life together. This program is such a blessing I am so thankful to be able to apply for help in such tragic times like these.”
