Frankie’s Friends Joshua Louis Animal Cancer Fund helped Blue receive radiation.

My Siberian husky Blue is my best friend and a true gift from God. His uncommon coat of white and blue eyes grab attention everywhere we go. He has become somewhat of a celebrity in our neighborhood and local dog friendly establishments. He is calm and loving, yet communicates as a husky does with an on pitch chat. Blue was adopted for my daughter’s 16th birthday, in August of 2016. His birthday is June 8, 2016. This happens to be the same day that my husband passed away. Blue was more than just an addition to our family, he was a blessing. He was also a brother to our late Chihuahua Frankie that sadly passed in 2020 at the age of 14.
Each day as we arrive home blue meets us at the back door and waits patiently until we give him a kiss before going outside. Blue keeps us healthy with long walks, and keeps us safe and warm at night with his cuddles. Most importantly blue gives us all his unconditional love.
To all of whom donated to Blue and his treatment, I am most greatful for helping provide his time that he had left with our family, one of comfort and quality of life to live. He has yet to show any signs of illness. He has a little heavy nose breathing due to the tumor, but he still enjoys playing in the snow and long walks. His daily habits are still habits.
I thank you, and Blue thanks you.
