Frankie’s Friends’ Paw It Forward Fund helped Panda receive leg surgery so she can walk pain free at Ocean State Veterinary Specialists in East Greenwich, RI.
“I cannot begin to thank you enough for making it possible for my sweet Panda to have a desperately needed surgery so that she can walk again pain-free. Panda is only 6 years young and full of energy, but because of her CCL injuries, she is in so much pain that she barely leaves her bed all day. It absolutely breaks my heart to see her like this, knowing how much she would rather be up and moving around.
Panda is a deeply loved member of my family. She is my best friend, and a companion to my 4 year old daughter. She is incredibly sweet natured and everyone who meets her loves her immediately. She brings so much joy into all of our lives and we have been so heartbroken to see her like this and not know how we would even begin to pay for the surgery she needs.
This money will make a huge difference to us but most importantly, to Panda and I really cannot overstate how much it means to us. Just two years ago, we lost our 15 year old dog, Roxie, and just the thought of losing Panda so soon or her spending the rest of her life in pain is unfathomable.
