Frankie’s Friends helped Luna receive a life-saving pyometra surgery.

In January of 2022 my family and I moved. That’s when I met Luna. She was sitting on the seat of a tractor while it snowed. She was an outdoors cat but slowly became part of our family. She became my best friend. When my husband and I separated my kids and I became homeless and so did she but she never left our side. These 4 years that we’ve been privileged to have her, she has changed our lives, for the better. My Luna has been diagnosed with Pyometra. Ultrasound shows 2 large abscesses on her uterus. Vet doctor asked to bring her back the next day for surgery to remove her uterus but unfortunately I don’t have the amount of money required for her surgery. If Luna doesn’t get surgery on time, the abscess will rupture and we will loose her. I don’t think my heart can take that loss. I don’t believe my children can take that loss either. It’s already hard having to watch them cry over Luna and hear them telling her to hold on a little longer. I thank God every day for having her in our lives and pray she’ll continue to be. Id like to thank everyone who’s taken the moment to read our story. Hope you have it in your heart to help us save her life.
