Frankie’s Friends helped Aries receive an urgent mass removal surgery.

I want to express my gratitude, I don’t even have the words as I’m tearing up while I type this. Aries is an amazing dog and we have an incredible bond. She’s my best friend and has helped me through college, through hard times, been there through my best times. She’s helped me with my anxiety/adhd. She goes with me kayaking and on all the adventures. She loves tearing through the woods and chasing critters, but never hurts them. She may be getting older, but she’s so full of energy and curiosity. From day one when I rescued her as a baby, we immediately bonded. I watch out for her just as much as she watches out for me. She doesn’t like to share me, haha. She keeps me safe when we go camping. When we go hiking, she’ll always look back and make sure I’m okay and make sure she’s not gone too far off-leash. She’s loved by so many, she loves to make anything a game and be silly, but she’s serious when she’s bouncing through the woods, or when the ball and chuck-it is out, fetch is her favorite. If you come to my house you will be greeted with a toy, some grumbles and a very wiggly butt. She’s 8 going on 8 months, full of energy! Aries reminds me to live in the moment every day. She has so much more time ahead and without you I don’t know how I could’ve possibly given her this. She has so much more time ahead and we have so many more adventures. I think if she could say so herself, she would say thank you as well for giving her more years of life to play outside to cuddle with me and be here.
She is so much fun, sassy, sweet, smart, and has so much character. Together we are so curious and even look to each other! When I’m scared she’s there for me and when she’s scared I’m there for her.
So again thank you from the bottom of my heart, that I can be there for her through this surgery and next month we can go to one of our fav spots for a celebratory, low key hike/walk and soon after she can go back to living her usual active life again and play ball, and I can tuck her in at night with her fav blanket and know she’s ok again at the end of the day thanks to the help you have given us.
Aries and I have endless gratitude for everyone involved to make this possible. Her big toothy smile will say it all. This has been difficult, but now I feel hope and I’m sure she feels the shift in my stress levels too. Again thank you!
