Frankie’s Friends helped Miko receive a partial nephrectomy.
“You will never know what this means to us. Miko is a rescue who walked onto my lawn one hot summer day after being on the streets for what smelled like forever, and saved my life. He is a happy, vibrant boy with so much personality, life and love in him. You’d never know his kidney has failed him.
He is also now my ESA, my only real source of comfort after a long battle with PTSD and anxiety that recently ended my work in the community and disabled me. I need him as much as he needs me. We love each other fiercely.
There just aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am. Thank you, thank you, thank you for giving him the gift of health and for giving us the gift of more time together. I am ever so grateful and promise to pay it forward.”
