Frankie’s Friends’ Vet Care for Rescues Grant Program helped Scarlet receive an urgently needed amputation.
“This girl was found with her leg hanging in a chain. She had fought so hard that she has bruising, her leg was initially locked in a stretched position, and her nails broken and bloody. She has purred through so much even in extreme pain. I cannot imagine how scared she must have been, she thought she was going to die, she hurt, was thirsty, and hungry, and alone. She’ll never be alone again. She is already loved, she just needs to get through this to get to forever.”
