I bought a Columbian red tail boa constrictor who I had named Killer, from a pet store I volunteered at. Honestly he is my life - just like someone's dog or cat is to them. When he swallowed the terrarium lining in his cage right after he had finished his food, I was terrified. In all seven years I've never had any issues. I brought him to BluePearl where he underwent surgery. It was the scariest experience of my life knowing I didn't have the funds to proceed. I felt so hopeless and my heart ached for his life. I can not explain how much it means to me that Frankie's Friends was able to help me save my snake's life. I couldn't have done it without them.
